Delaware County Divorce Records
Delaware County divorce records are formal documents produced during the legal process of dissolving a marriage. Most divorce records, such as divorce decrees, are public and may be viewed without charges via the C-Track Public Access portal. Users may search by case, name, judgment, document, or docket entry.
To obtain copies of the divorce records, the requester must know the case/docket number. Those requesting divorce decrees may send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Office of Judicial Support, along with a money order for the appropriate fees. The fees for plain copies of divorce decrees are $1 each, and certified copies cost $6.00 each. Only the subject of the records and their attorneys may request to view or obtain a confidential divorce file or obtain copies of any document contained in it. They must appear in person at the office with a photo ID.
Divorce records show the names of the divorced parties, the case number & title, the filing date, docket entries, financial assessments and receipts, and the final decree.
